• Do you accept all type of toys & clothes ?

    We accept gently used (good in condition)  clothes, soft toys, educational toys, and board games.  


    *Good in condition means not torn, not broken, does not require repairs, is in working condition, properly sanitised and/or washed.

  • What is the age group of clothes accepted ?

    New born till Age 12 for both boys & girls

  • How can I arrange a toys or clothes pickup for donation?

    Contact us or post on our social medial platforms and we will arrnage for pick-up. 

  • Which cities you are operating ?

    Currently we can arrnage pick-up and deliveries in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman. 


    If our own pick up is not available then we will arrnage for courier pick-up. 

  • Any guidelines for goods i donate ?

    All the donations must be reusable* and in working condition. 

    Please take care while preparing your donation items.


    Here are a few examples -


    Clothes - must not be stained or torn; must be properly washed;

    Toys - must be in working condition with no broken parts/edges;

    Appliances - must be in working condition; shouldn't need any repairs;


    * - Reusable means not torn, not broken, does not require repairs, is in working condition, properly sanitised and/or washed.
